Oh my goodness! I am such a slacker!! Life in the Baker house has been so crazy since Christmas. This blog isn't the only thing that has been neglected. I'll just file it under "Things I Started But Never Finished". December, January, and February have been so busy for our family. I hope things are settling down.
In December, we found out we were expecting baby #3. We were thrilled and the boys were so excited! Sadly, I had a miscarriage on New Year's Day. All is well and God is good. We know it's all part of a greater plan. Jacob had minor surgery a few weeks ago and has recovered remarkably well. He went back to school yesterday much to the dismay of his surgeon and his mom. He had a great day though and his friends were thrilled to see him back! He was planning on a standing ovation when he entered the classroom.....wonder if he was disappointed???
We have seen a glimpse of Spring the past week and are anxious for its arrival! We could all use a good dose of fresh air and sunshine.
